Terms of Use

Effective date: July 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of dalanio.com (the "Site"), operated by Dalanio, Inc. ("Dalanio", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational website for Dalanio, a data quality monitoring product that has not yet launched. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, planned features, timelines, and pricing, describes what we are building and intend to offer. It is provided for information only, may change without notice, and does not constitute a binding offer, a service commitment, or professional advice. Access to the product itself, when available, will be governed by separate agreements.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure, scrape the Site in a way that burdens it, misrepresent your affiliation with Dalanio, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Dalanio name and mark, are owned by Dalanio, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, and you may quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content, or use the Dalanio name or mark, without our prior written permission.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or load resources from third-party services, such as font providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current. Descriptions of a pre-launch product are inherently forward-looking and may not reflect what is ultimately released.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalanio, Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Dalanio regarding use of the Site.
